The recent project "Moscow Smena" allows you to visit the city camp for the summer of 2019 in Moscow for free, thanks to this program, children who stayed in the city in the summer have the opportunity to relax and make new acquaintances. In 2019, at the beginning of June, children's recreation centers will be opened in the capital - located in schools, sports centers and social protection institutions.

In 2016, with the support of United Russia, a free recreation program for children was organized in the capital called "Moscow Smena", and from next year it will also be continued taking into account the positive experience and feedback from participants and vacationers.

How is the rest

"Moskovskaya smena" next year will be held in about 300 institutions in Moscow and the region: in 132 school institutions, in 35 sports clubs, in 150 at the bases of the Department of Social Protection of Citizens.

In the city camp, it is planned to feed children three times, medical assistance in each of the bases. Such institutions start their work from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time. Teachers are on duty every day around the clock in case parents pick up their child late.

As the deputy head of the department for education in Moscow notes, during the rest, events are envisaged that are dedicated to memorable days that went down in the history of the state and the city. One of the days is dedicated to patriotic consciousness: schoolchildren are sent to places of former glory, films about the great victory are shown.

In the sports sections, according to the Moscow Shift project, they meet famous athletes, various competitions and demonstration performances, test tasks of the “Readiness for Labor and Defense” normative complex, many excursions, this includes visiting a sports facility, for example, in Luzhniki ... Schoolchildren, vacationing at school bases, visit exhibitions in Moscow, cinemas, children's galleries and go to nature, there are more than 100 sites.

One person in one shift visits about 2-3 sites. During excursions, they focus on the creativity and profiling orientation of schoolchildren. During the planning of children's cultural recreation, the main priority is observed - each child is given a chance to visit different institutions: entertainment centers, theaters, museums and others.

Also, teams will be held and recruited, where schoolchildren with pathologies and psychological deviations rest. They will be sent to special rehabilitation centers located within the city. In this case, highly qualified psychologists, medical workers, teachers will work with children.

Project details

The concept of this free camp is out for public comment. The party carried out a tremendous amount of work with the townspeople: about 370,000 mothers and fathers of the capital's children took part in the design of the terms of the project. Wherein:

• held more than 300 conversations with residents of the city, more than 30 thousand people came to the meeting;
• approximately 15,000 permits to support the project were collected by participants in volunteering;

Previously, all vouchers to private camps were paid and provided only

• orphans;
• victims of terrorist attacks;
• low-income children with disabilities;
• with serious psychological pathologies;
• refugees and internally displaced persons;
• found themselves in extreme conditions;
• those who have been abused;
• if a child has suffered as a result of man-made disasters or natural phenomena, this applies to floods, destructions;
• if one of the parents of the child is a military man and during the performance of the state duty died or was seriously injured;
• if the child is raised by one parent.

Children from the list above receive benefits in the form of special groups with a special bias.

Urban children's recreation is organized in more than 300 institutions, including almost 130 schools, 27 sports schools of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports and 146 institutions of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

During summer shifts, children under the guidance of teachers will be able not only to relax, but also to go on excursions, gain additional knowledge and skills, play sports, and attend master classes. Three meals a day are organized here for children. The rest will be free.

Two shifts are planned - from 1 to 30 June and from 4 to 29 July. In addition, in the institutions of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the third shift will take place from 1 to 29 August.

Children's city camps

These are traditional school camps. They plan to open them in each district on the basis of the most equipped schools. Children here will be able to relax and study under the guidance of experienced teachers.

The gifted will be prepared for exams and olympiads in chemistry, physics and the Russian language, and interesting classes in various subjects will be held for children for whom the material is more difficult. Those who love sports will be able to attend master classes of champions.

Each of the school camps will provide their pupils with three meals a day.

To send a child here, parents need to write an application addressed to the director of their school. He, in turn, will turn to the director of the school where the camp will be opened. After that, a decision is made to enroll the child in the shift.

City health centers

This type of summer camp will be opened. Children from families in difficult life situations and with special needs will be able to get here. All privileged categories have the right to visit health centers.

Hikes, sports days, bike rides, military sports games await children here. They will be able to visit sports complexes, swimming pools, on excursions to places of military glory in the Moscow region. Those who need it will work with a speech therapist and a psychologist, attend physiotherapy exercises and physiotherapy.

Children in the centers also receive free three meals a day.

To enroll a child in a camp, parents will only need to apply to the district center for family and childhood support at their place of residence.

Sports city camps

Summer camps are also planned to be opened on the basis of sports schools. Here, every child will be able to actively spend their holidays under the guidance of experienced coaches and mentors.

In such camps, they will not only train, but also visit big sports matches and legendary sports facilities, and Olympic and world champions will conduct master classes for them.

The camps will also work on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 from June 1 to July 31, and children will be provided with free three meals a day.
